Natural Wood Picture Frame with White Mat

The finished product is worth 5 stars, but I am giving four because there were no instructions. I am a person that needs instructions. The sheets to place on the back needed to be cut; the user should plan how and where each piece should go. Smaller pieces make the project easier, otherwise they are difficult to place without clinging to itself, the puzzle and doubling back; they would have grabbed the cat if we had one. Wear gloves when you pull the plastic off the plexiglass or you will have finger prints as part of your finished product. My puzzle was 20x27 and fit beautifully in the frame.

Great quality and easy to add my picture and hang it.

I searched and searched for an esthetically pleasing puzzle frame that offered a frame mat and glass. This frame did not disappoint. It beautifully displays my 1000 piece puzzle and really adds elegance to this space next to my fireplace and books. The quality is superior to others and the company offered inspired customer service. I did not use the included puzzle glue because I have my own. But I appreciated that they it included it with the frame. The first frame that I ordered came broken and I immediately reached out to them on that Saturday when it arrived and offered to return the broken frame for a replacement. I placed the product in the mail the following Friday and was surprised when I opened my front door to a new frame the next morning. I checked our messages here on Amazon and realized I missed their messages were they explained that I shouldn't worry about sending the broken frame back to them and rather they would prefer that I donate the materials. How kind of a company! Even though I missed their messages they went ahead and sent a new frame anyway! I am currently working on a 1500 piece garden puzzle and I can't wait to use this company again to display this one.
