Our 30 day return policy
You can return standard products within 30 days of delivery. This includes items bought at a normal sale price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What counts as a standard product
Frames, mats, shadow boxes and supplies ordered in the sizes and pack counts listed on our website are standard products. We make most of them to order, and they can still be returned.
What can't be returned
- Special orders, such as a size we made for you after you asked us for it
- Gift cards
Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping
- Changed your mind? You pay the return shipping cost.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect product? We pay for return shipping.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@countryarthouse.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions.
Please contact us before you send anything back. We can't accept items sent back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to hello@countryarthouse.com right away. We'll send you a replacement or a refund, and we'll pay for the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Return the original item, then place a new order for the one you want.
