Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums and no codes needed. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also ship to many other countries, and international shipping is calculated at checkout.
Build time
Most of our frames, shadow boxes, and mats are made to order. We build most orders in about 3 business days, then ship them. In-stock supplies ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern start the next business day. We work Monday to Friday.
Delivery and tracking
Orders ship by ground carrier. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
Total time
Within the United States, plan on about 6 to 10 business days from order to your door for made-to-order items, and about 4 to 9 business days for supplies.
